We started with Multicare at the end of 2012, this was an outsourcing project to save money on repairs in our video surveillance product range. We have been working successfully with Multicare since 2011 after they were carefully chosen as our repair/warranty centre for certain end of life security products. Since then we have significantly broadened the scope of products and Multicare continue to offer us an excellent and efficient repair service, maintaining high levels of workmanship and fast and efficient turn-around times.
