3 levels of refurbishment

The following options are available for the BeoGram 4000, 4002, 4004 & 6000, we can supply a replacement cartridge from Sound Smith, we generally supply the SMMC20EN for an additional cost.

Service Level 1 = £750.00 + VAT

Clean all contacts, switches and mechanisms
Replace internal electronic components where required
Replace all potentiometers
Replace all belts
Replace pulley
Replace bulbs where required
Replace transport bushes where required
Replace sensor arm sensor with a modern one
Worn keypad replacement
Motor bearings oiled
Update sensor and circuit for transparent records where required

Service Level 2 = £1425.00 + VAT

All from Level 1 + below
Replace mains cable with fabric version
Re-paint chassis
Replace dustcover
Replace dustcover aluminium trim
Clean wood trim
Clean or anodise aluminium
- currently anodising is not possible on the 4000 but can be done on 4002/4004

Factory refurbishment = £3,200.00 + VAT

This is only available for the following BeoGram Model & type number

- BeoGram 4002 – Type 5511, 5513, 5521, 5524 (DC motor versions)
- BeoGram 4004 – Type 5525, 5527 (DC motor versions)
- BeoGram 6000 – Type 5512 (DC motor versions)
